WebOct 21, 2013 · Go to "SteamApps\common\Crysis 2 Game of The Year\Bin32". There you have the files "Crysis2.exe" and "Crysis2Launcher.exe". When you launch the game from steam, the Crysis2Launcher.exe is executed but it ignores the command line options. To change that simply rename "Crysis2.exe" to "Crysis2Launcher.exe" and you can use them. #6 WebAdd -dx9 as a command line argument (right click, properties, then set launch options). This worked for me for the Origin version on W10. It just needed it the first time it was run--after that no argument was required/dx10 worked fine.
