WebContinuing education, or “CE,” hours are the hours that LEED professionals spend in credential maintenance activities. CE hours are calculated differently depending on the activity. If you are a LEED Green Associate, you must earn 15 CE hours (three must be LEED-specific) every two years to maintain your credential. WebThe courses discuss sustainable design, environmental design, green building, and CSI specifications. Registered architects, LEED APs, and LEED Green Associates can maintain their credentials by taking free AIA CEU and USGBC courses about LEED certified projects. GreenCE will report all CE course completions to AIA, GBCI, and IDCEC. WebLEED APs with specialty must complete thirty (30) continuing education hours within the two-year reporting period. Twenty-four (24) of the hours are general CE related to green building and six (6) hours must be “specific”.
