WebJan 17, 2012 · It's impossible to get a spanner in to tighten up the nuts because their a long way up into the shaft of the tap. I've tried 'remodelling' a spanner but no luck with that. Googling this problem says to use an adjustable spanner but there's no room inside the thing to do that. Any advice appreciated.Thanks not good at plumbing, Jan 15, 2012 #1
