Ultrafast light-based logic with graphene
Web21 Sep 2024 · The triple-PIT described above can be dynamically tuned by the gate voltage of the graphene, particularly for the dynamic tuning of the Q values of PIT-I and PIT-III. Based on the high Q value of the transparent window, our proposed structure can be used for highly sensitive refractive index sensors or devices with prominent slow light effects. Web19 Dec 2024 · Physics Journal of Nanophotonics Abstract. Ultrafast passive all-optical full-function logic gates (FLOGs), such as AND, NOT, XOR, XNOR, and OR gates, are studied and designed. FLOGs can be realized only by changing the state of input ports in a designed micro-Sagnac waveguide ring unit.
